Our Profile
We have been a leading manufacturer and exporter of Aluminium Rolled Products in India, backed by a rich legacy in the aluminium rolling business. Our journey officially commenced with the establishment of Jagdish Aluminium in 1991, starting with an initial capacity of 1,200 tons per annum.
As part of our continuous strategic expansion and commitment to meeting growing market demands, we launched our second manufacturing plant, Vishal Aluminium Pvt. Ltd., in 2019. This milestone enabled us to scale our operations and significantly boost our production capabilities.
To further unify our strengths and streamline our corporate structure, Jagdish Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. officially merged with Vishal Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. in 2025. Today, as a combined powerhouse, we are proud to offer an expanded manufacturing capacity of over 36,000+ MT per annum.

Mr. C. D. Shah (Chairman)
He is founder of JAGDISH ALUMINIUM Group having 40+ years of wide national as well as international experience in Aluminium Industry and have prevailing experience in Finance, Banking, IT and Administration. He has also strong experience in business strategy, and managing overall performance and growth of the Company. He has widely travelled globally.
Mr. Vishal C. Shah (Managing Director)
He is Young Entrepreneur & has completed his Bachelors of Computer Science & Information Technology AND has completed his International Business Management. He is a natural leader and Has been able to make the market feel his presence in a continued way. He hails from a business family and has a successful track record of converting his vision and strategy into reality. Bringing speedy competed success to the business is his key strength.
He has traveled globally and has been closely working with national as well as international business development projects
