Aluminium Coils Manufactured In House
Every stage of coil production is carried out within our own facility. The metal is rolled on Four Hi reversible cold rolling mills with online automatic thickness measurement, annealed in electrical annealing furnaces to the required temper, and then trimmed and slit to the ordered width. Keeping rolling, annealing, slitting and testing under one roof gives us direct control over gauge, hardness and surface quality from one lot to the next.
Each coil carries a unique batch number, so any query can be traced back quickly to its production record.

Coils coated on our own coating lines, including blue and golden hydrophilic coated fin stock.
Aluminium Coils with Paper Interlayer
Coils wound with paper between the wraps so surfaces do not rub during handling and unwinding, well suited to transformer winding.
Aluminium Oscillate Coils
Narrow strip wound side to side on our oscillation lines for longer continuous lengths and fewer coil changes.
