Our Aluminium Foil Manufacturing Process
We manufacture aluminium foil through precision rolling, controlled electric annealing and quality control at every stage. Continuously cast strip is rolled on our cold rolling mills to the required gauge, intermediate annealed to restore ductility, and then rolled to final thickness on our high speed foil rolling mill. Thin foil is double rolled and separated into single reels, and controlled electric annealing sets the required temper and a uniform grain structure.
Rolling oil is carefully managed for a clean, uniform surface with minimal residual oil, and finished reels are inspected for thickness, width, surface finish and pinholes before being packed to protect them from moisture, contamination, scratches and transit damage.
Each coil carries a unique batch number, so any query can be traced back quickly to its production record.
