Mirror Polish Foils Rolled In House
Mirror polish foil follows the same controlled rolling route as our other foils, with close attention to the surface at every stage. Stock is rolled on our Four Hi reversible cold rolling mills and taken to foil gauge on our high speed foil rolling mill, while our roll grinding machines keep the work rolls in the condition a bright finish needs. The foil is then annealed and slit to width.
Because the surface is the product, rolls are handled and wrapped with extra care at every stage.
Each coil carries a unique batch number, so any query can be traced back quickly to its production record.
