Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Our oscillated winding lines lay narrow strip side by side in a controlled pattern, creating wide packages from narrow strip. Multiple strip lengths are joined by welding to support continuous production, so the two most critical aspects of oscillated wound products, reliable strip welding and tight, uniform winding, are controlled in house from material preparation to final inspection.
Jumbo oscillated wound packages hold substantial strip lengths in a single package, reducing material changeovers. As an example, where a conventional strip coil may weigh around 30 kg, an oscillated wound package can weigh around 500 kg, giving higher production and lower downtime.
Each coil carries a unique batch number, so any query can be traced back quickly to its production record.
